There are some situations when OfficeScan may not be able to clean files, even if the scan engine and virus pattern file are up-to-date. You can manually clean these files.
OfficeScan may not be able to clean the following:
? Trojans
? Worms
? Infected files on write-protected disks
? Password-protected files
? Backup files (RBO files)
? Infected files in the Recycle Bin
? Infected files in the Windows Temp or the Internet Explorer temporary files folder
? Trojans (Virus name: Troj_xxx)
